Our letting service covers advertising and contractual requirements leading up to the tenant moving into the property. From then on you deal with the client.

This service includes everything in the letting and rental collection service but in addition we continue to manage your property after the tenant moves in. Looking after all the maintenance, supervision and administration on your behalf.

 

All our tenancy agreements are legally binding and for a "Fixed Term". A sample letting agreement can be supplied on request. Should you wish your solicitor to prepare the legal documentation or advise you on our agreements you will be responsible for the costs incurred. Essentially there are two types of "Fixed Term" agreement; a Company Let and a Private Let. A company let is an agreement between a Landlord and a Company for a given period. A Private Let is an Assured Short hold Agreement covered by a notice stipulating a minimum tenancy period of six months.
