PLEASE NOTE: An emergency for this purpose is defined as a lock out situation, burst pipes resulting in damage or likelihood of damage to the fabric of the accommodation and total electric power failure only. Any other non emergency matter will be dealt with the next working day.
If you smell Gas YOU MUST CALL 0800 111 999. This is the National Gas emergency contact number which is open 24 hours 7 days a week.

If you have a leak at your property, YOU MUST turn off the water at the main stopcock to prevent further damage until a contractor arrives.
